Background
The Paddock is a family-run smallholding on the picturesque Northumberland border, founded by Laura Jayne Burlison and her partner Mike, who share a love of the outdoors and a commitment to sustainable living. Inspired by their passion for fresh, local produce, The Paddock was established in 2013 as a fruit and veg box delivery service, bringing homegrown, seasonal, and wherever possible, organically sourced food directly to homes across Gateshead, Newcastle, Northumberland, Durham, Sunderland, and Tyneside.
