Background

Goodery is a Norfolk-based organic veg box company with its own market garden in Bintree, at the heart of the county. From this beautiful little spot the team grows the produce that forms the bedrock of their weekly veg boxes, and delivers it in 100% electric vehicles to customers across Norwich and the surrounding area.

The business is built around a simple idea: by buying produce from local, organic farmers, customers can make a huge difference to the impact their food habits have on the soil, the environment and the local economy. Alongside their own harvests, Goodery works with trusted organic growers and producers to offer a full weekly shop — including eggs, salad bags, speciality coffee, and British organic potatoes — all available through flexible subscriptions that customers can pause, skip or cancel at any time.

Goodery is also actively training the next generation of organic growers at the Market Garden, investing in regenerative agriculture practices that rebuild soil health and support the microorganisms, nutrients and cycles that sustain life on the land.

How our platform has helped Goodery

Growing Good has supported the Goodery team in running a smoother weekly box scheme — from managing Build Your Own Box orders to coordinating produce from their own market garden alongside items from trusted local suppliers.

The platform's flexible subscription handling makes it easy for customers to pause, skip or cancel their orders, while giving Goodery clear visibility of what needs to be picked, packed and loaded into each EV delivery round. Orders are organised by route, so the team can plan zero-emission drops across Norwich efficiently without losing track of last-minute changes.

By simplifying the operational side of the business, the platform frees the team up to focus on what matters most: growing great organic produce and building a stronger local food system in Norfolk.
