This latest release introduces a range of new features across fulfilment, customer management, and storefront functionality, including delivery timestamp tracking, bulk credit importing, and expanded payment options. The packing screen and page builder have both received usability improvements, and several bug fixes have been applied across the platform.


📦 Order delivery timings added

When an order has been marked as 'delivery completed' in the Driver app, a time and date stamp is now displayed against the drop on your Fulfilment → Deliveries page. We hope this helps you better analyse delivery timings and improve the efficiency of your delivery rounds.


👎 Dislikes in boxes added to live baskets

A new 'Dislikes in boxes' report has been added to Live Baskets, giving you the ability to spot and resolve any remaining dislikes in customers' boxes before order processing begins — so your customers never receive something they don't want. You can find this report under Live Baskets → Dislikes.


💳 Bulk import credit changes

You can now bulk update customer credit amounts in one go, saving valuable admin time when there are widespread product shortfalls. Simply head to Finances → Overview to find the 'Import Credits' function at the top of the page. Validation is built in to make sure only correctly formatted data is uploaded.


🎨 Page builder improvements

Banner block shading settings — You now have full control over the dark shading overlay on banner block images. Use the new 'Image Shading' slider to dial the shading up, down, or remove it entirely for a cleaner look.


Banner block negative space fix — Images with negative space now display correctly, allowing background colours to show through cut-out areas. This opens up creative possibilities such as custom dividers, shaped banners, and rounded corners.


💰 New payment methods

Customers can now pay using Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut when adding a new payment method. This makes it easier than ever for customers to pay using cards already saved on their device, reducing friction and helping to increase successful payment setups.


📦 Origin removed from example box contents

Based on your feedback, Product origins have been removed from 'Example Box Contents', meaning the contents can remain static. Veg box products with origin-specific contents such as UK only no longer need to be manually updated each time the origin changes.



TikTok has been added to the social media links in your store settings under 'Socials' — great for those of you growing your presence on the platform.


🗂️ Custom collection point order

You can now reorder collection points within the collection point table on your Fulfilment → Collections page before printing. Better still, the order you set is saved for future weeks so you don't have to redo it each time.


🖥️ Packing screen improvements

Scroll behaviour — Packers now need to scroll to the bottom of the contents list before moving on to the next customer, helping to reduce errors on larger orders where items may have been missed.


New customer chip visibility — The new customer chip has been updated with a bold, filled colour to make it much easier to spot at a glance.


Multiples highlighting — When a customer has ordered multiples of an item, the quantity is now displayed in a larger, bold number so packers can see it clearly and pack with confidence.


📋 Improved usability of previous order record

The layout and functionality of previous order records has been refreshed across all devices, removing the need for horizontal scrolling and making it much easier for customers to review their order history.


⚡ Storefront performance improvements

Font loading — Google Fonts now load faster, contributing to a snappier experience across your storefront.


Stripe loading — Stripe resources are now only loaded when a customer adds a new payment method, improving overall page load performance.


🐛 Bug Fixes

Incorrect swap price shown on customer contents — Fixed an issue where an HV swap was displaying the wrong cost within box contents.

Holiday booking dialogue not scrollable — Resolved an issue preventing customers from confirming a holiday booking at certain zoom levels.

Line item change race condition — Fixed a bug where rapidly updating items in an order caused the balance to calculate incorrectly.

Heading 3 page builder issue — Heading 3 now accurately reflects how it will appear on your storefront.

Recipe/Blog page publishing — Resolved an issue that was preventing recipes and blog posts in draft from being published.

Price not updating in box builder — Fixed an issue where item pricing wasn't refreshing correctly when updated, and ensured the default quantity is applied when a line item changes.

Hyperlink text wrapping — Fixed a display issue where hyperlink text was breaking mid-word.
